The Fountain by Moonlight.

It had been a particularly hard day for the young woman. Some days her job had her soaring high, feeling like she was making a difference. And other days, she just wanted to crawl into bed and cry, or to scream until her voice was hoarse. But tonight she was doing neither of those things. She was out in the park, one of her favourite places in the city. It was nice sometimes, to just get out and come down here. She liked to move through the gardens, gradually making her way to the fountain.

She looked at the water tumbling down, and exhaled softly. Maybe it was going to be alright after all. Kristina took a seat, and just enjoyed the night air.

Mercedes walked down the path through the park towards the fountain. Sometimes it was just nice to go out walking and enjoying the quieter side of life. She appears about 19 years of age with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing jeans, a Metallica t-shirt, and a black leather jacket. She made it a few feet from the fountain, seeing a woman sitting there. She hesitated, but then continued again. "Evening."

Kristina smiles at the woman who seems just a few years younger than she is. "Nice night for a walk, don't you think?" She looks up at the fountain again, smiling, mostly relaxed. She stretches her feet out, and then looks back at Mercedes.

Mercedes smiles. "Yes, it definately is a nice night for a walk." She glances around a bit to see if she recognizes anyone and then back at the woman. "My name's Mercedes....do you come here often?"

Kristina smiles widely. "Kristina, nice to meet you. And I come out here when I need to think." She looks up at the fountain, and takes a deep relaxing breath.

Mercedes nods. "Nice to meet ya...yeah, it's a nice place to think. Sorta relaxing with the water and the scenery..." She nods more to herself then Kristina.

She takes a seat on the fountain facing Kristina, but not close enough to invade personal space. She flips her long hair over one shoulder and smiles with a slightly amused look in her eyes. "You get answers to your questions here? I mean...if it doesn't work you wouldn't come back, right?"
