Re: Walkabout ((any))
Xhander smiled as she replied, as they walked he spoke.
"I loved my studies when i was a lad, and history was a favorite as was both the written word and that which was spoken. I know from my studies dating back that when a man courted a lady he admired he did so by way of a messenger with words written in sonnet form, and i learned that the first newspapers date back to the mid 1600's that were used for court, and the printing press was made in the late 1700's but poetry has been around since before either of us was a thought or a glimmer in either of our parents mind's eye and through poetry one can learn many a thing ma'am be it one of love or political intrigue or plain ole gossip."

Lilith chuckles quietly. "And a fine study you seem to have made of it, though one wonders why a man of such an age would choose to espouse the rather flawed system of media in this land, rather than re-shaping that system into something which works a bit more smoothly."

"Ah....Now see the reason i write the stories i do and tell the tales i do is because if i do not do it, then someone else will and i love the mysterious and intrigue. I know some question why i do what i do and some of my motives for doing them but i write the serious stories more honest than most in my field and i can feed the grapevine more entertainingly than anyone i compete with. In a world filled with dread, heartache and war be here or abroad...Who doesn't like the escape and entertainment of a story so sensationalized that it makes one wonder if purple furry bunnies or alien unicorns do not in truth actually exist if it's so written expertly and with a sense of what could be true...beside the horrors of realife, i love uplifting one's imagination and making one laugh...It is then that i know with my work that i did my damndest and did it good unlike another."

"Sure, ask away."
Xhander smiled as they walked and talked under the moons light.

"If I were to seek out other artists, such as myself, where ought I to begin searching?"
Re: Walkabout ((any))
Xhander smiles and replies happily to share what he knows.
"Well one's first stop would be too see the man named Lodin, he can be very useful and helpful in guiding one towards any rose bush. Then ofcourse there is the world renowned Art Institute slash museum in this very park, this park its self is large and actually holds 3 great museums. Lastly there's this other famous place, my favorite and i was on my way too before taking a walk through this park..But it's actually a club and is infamous and famous...It's suitably called The Succubus Club, you must visit it as i love it and the drinks are not bad or watered down like some."

"Thank you...and where might one find this Lodin fellow? I do love a healthy garden."
Re: Walkabout ((any))
Chuckling, Xhander replies.
"Since the city is his garden, especially with a wide variety or normal and rare plants. His greenhouse would be downtown where most sacred and royal gardener's stay ofcourse, you know them blue bloods. They require the best, even in the strangest places and the building is rather exsquisite in its architecture for what some believe to be an old building that boasts....I heard a coats of arms or odd sketchings, in the brick that marks its location...Ofcourse if you can believe the rumors mill that is."

She tilts her head, smiling. "How perfectly odd. I believe I should seek him out, before I trample any of his peonies, as it were...would you perhaps be so good as to escort me, sir?"
Re: Walkabout ((any))
Xhander grins, and smirks a reply.
"It'd be my pleasure to escort you Miss Morgenstern....Shall we be, as Dorothy said to her crazy guy crew while holding her lil dog Toto...Off to see the Wizard...The wonderful Wizard of Oz!"
